Why the Change?
Google has announced that by the end of 2025, all users of its reCAPTCHA service must migrate to reCAPTCHA Enterprise on Google Cloud. This transition could introduce additional costs and complexities for many website owners.
In response to this development, Contact Form 7—the popular WordPress plugin used for managing contact forms—has announced plans to integrate with Cloudflare Turnstile in its upcoming version 6.1. Cloudflare Turnstile is a free, privacy-focused alternative to traditional CAPTCHA systems, designed to protect websites from spam and abuse without compromising user experience.
What Is Cloudflare Turnstile?
Cloudflare Turnstile is an innovative CAPTCHA solution that verifies user interactions without requiring users to solve challenges or click checkboxes. It operates seamlessly in the background, enhancing security while maintaining a smooth user experience.
Our Plan
To ensure uninterrupted and cost-effective protection for your website, TradeBark will be updating all client contact forms to utilize Cloudflare Turnstile. This proactive measure will help maintain the security and functionality of your forms — without additional expenses or administrative burdens.
We aim to complete this transition by September 30, 2025, for all TradeBark customers currently enrolled in a website management service agreement.
